Aquacare will monitor and report on energy and water flows to identify areas where improvements can be made. Typically heating and cooling circuits rely on high flow rates and low temperature differences. An accurate idea of actual flow rates is vital to understanding your energy and water use. Graphs are included in the report to show water and energy flows over time.

Modelling of energy, water and/or refrigeration is used to determine the optimum amount of water and/or energy necessary to process product. The next stage on from an Energy Audit, this computer-generated report contains a more detailed analysis of the energy and/or water used for processing. For example, suction and discharge pressures on refrigeration can be modelled, along with product or air flows so that optimum pressures can be successfully identified. Aquacare has designed this software in conjunction with a leading Government agency to assist processing companies manage their energy and water usage. |
Aquacare will confer with you on your specific projects to design a tailor-made report that contains CAD drawings, product specifications, job costing and a methodology for construction and/or installation.
